Refund policy

Refunds 

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds and exchanges on our products. All sales are final.

  • If you have not received your order, we do not offer a refund on shipping charges on the orders. If the package has not been received within 7 days after it has been dispatched, please contact the courier company, An Post.

  • If your order has arrived damaged, we can provide a replacement of the product, free of charge. However, there must be a provision of images/videos to show. The product damage must be reported to us within the first 3 working days after delivery. If it has not been reported to us anytime after this, there will be no offer of compensation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
