HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipments in Republic of Ireland are 3-5 working days.

Shipments outside the Republic of Ireland is 5-10 working days

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, and we will notify you via email once it has been dispatched. Please ensure to check your inbox/junk in your email.

We also offer the click and collect option. You can contact us via email, Instagram or TikTok. This is only available for orders based in Dublin.

During any national holidays i.e. Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays, there will be further delays on shipments.

During these holidays, shipments to Ireland can take up to 5-7 workings days. Shipments outside the Republic of Ireland, during the national holidays can take up to 7-10 working days.

SHÉHU BEAUTY only provides standard & tracked shipment on all orders.

SHÉHU BEAUTY is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen. We would highly encourage that you contact the courier for packages that are lost or stolen.
Can I change my order before it has been dispatched?
Once the payment has been made, orders cannot be changed. All sales are final. Please ensure that you double check your cart before following through with the payment.
My shipment hasn’t arrived

Please ensure that the correct address is filled out when filling out personal details. This is your responsibility as a consumer, if the incorrect address has been filled, SHÉHU BEAUTY will not be held liable.

Orders that are lost are stolen is not the responsibility of SHÉHU Beauty. Please get in contact with the courier company (An Post) if you have any questions about lost or stolen orders.
My order arrived damaged.

If your order has arrived damaged, you have 3 working days after receiving the goods to report this to us. Anytime after that, we will not be held liable for any orders damaged on delivery. We will not offer compensation any time after 3 working days.

Please fill out the contact us form and provide images/videos of the damaged goods. If we deem the goods damaged then we will provide a replacement of the product/s.

If this reported to us without any images/videos, we will not provide any compensation for damaged goods.
Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds and exchanges on our products. All sales are final.

If you have not received your order, we do not offer a refund on shipping charges on the orders. If the package has not been received within 7 days after it has been dispatched, please contact the courier company, An Post.

If your order has arrived damaged, we can provide a replacement of the product, free of charge. However, there must be a provision of images/videos to show. The product damage must be reported to us within the first 3 working days after delivery. If it has not been reported to us anytime after this, there will be no offer of compensation.
